Terms of Service

Scope & acceptance

These terms apply to the JSONifyPro website, its developer workspace, and its technical guides. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent they form an enforceable agreement under applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to do so and comply with that organization's data-handling requirements.

The Privacy Policy explains information handling, and the Data Security Disclaimer explains important technical limits. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply regardless of these terms.

The service & its limits

JSONifyPro provides local JSON formatting, syntax validation, conversion, mock generation, comparison, export, and related educational content. Remote URL fetching is a user-directed request to another endpoint and remains subject to browser security rules and that endpoint's terms.

Syntax validation is not schema validation, authorization, security auditing, or a guarantee that the data is accurate. Conversion can change type representations, numeric precision, or structure depending on the destination format. Review output before relying on it, and retain an authoritative source outside the tool.

Browser and device resources limit processing capacity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific response time for processing large files, compatibility with every browser, or permanent availability of a feature. Local history is a convenience, not a backup service.

Fair use for developer tools

You may use the tools for legitimate development, testing, debugging, and education. You remain responsible for having permission to process the data you enter and for complying with applicable law and third-party agreements.

• Do not use the service to facilitate unlawful access, fraud, credential theft, or infringement of another person's rights.
• Do not attack the website, disrupt its availability, or deliberately overload its hosting or support channels.
• Do not use the URL fetcher to access resources without permission, circumvent access controls, or violate an endpoint's acceptable-use rules.
• Do not submit production secrets, regulated records, or third-party confidential data where your policies prohibit this environment.
• Do not impersonate JSONifyPro, misrepresent its endorsement, or remove required notices from material governed by a separate license.

Authorized security research and good-faith reporting are welcome when performed lawfully without exposing other users' data or causing avoidable disruption. Contact support@jsonifypro.com to report a concern privately.

Educational code & reuse

You may copy, run, and adapt code examples authored for the JSONifyPro guides for personal or commercial development, including within proprietary projects. This permission covers the examples themselves; it does not grant rights to third-party libraries, specifications, trademarks, or material carrying a separate notice. Preserve any license or attribution notice attached to a third-party component.

Examples illustrate a defined concept and are not complete production systems unless expressly stated. You are responsible for dependency selection, testing, security review, data protection, and compliance before deployment. A snippet demonstrating JWT verification, a worker thread, or a database index does not implement an entire identity system, scheduler, or migration process.

Benchmark scripts produce results for their selected environment and input. No example guarantees a performance ratio, capacity level, or suitability for a regulated workload. Review our editorial standards for what was tested and what remains outside the recorded verification scope.

User content & intellectual property

You retain your rights in the data you enter, generate from your own inputs, or export. Using the editor does not transfer ownership of your payloads to JSONifyPro. The editor does not require a license to publish your documents because it does not upload them to a processing backend.

JSONifyPro's original articles, visual presentation, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law, subject to the code-example permission above and any expressly stated license. You may link to guides and make uses permitted by law. Republishing complete articles or presenting the site as your own requires permission unless an applicable license or legal exception permits it.

Third-party product names, specifications, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to RFCs, W3C documents, software vendors, or libraries do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Local storage, exports & shared links

You control whether to copy output, download a file, or distribute a share URL. Base64 encoding is not encryption. Anyone receiving a complete share link may recover its payload, and the application provides no server-side expiry, recipient restriction, or revocation mechanism for those copies.

Clearing an editor or browser history does not delete a downloaded file, remove a clipboard copy, retract an email, or invalidate a previously shared URL. If a credential is exposed, revoke or rotate it with its issuer. Read the share-link guidance before distributing data.

Browser extensions, device compromise, and third-party scripts can affect local confidentiality. Follow your organization's approved-tool policy and use sanitized examples when uncertain.

Third-party services & advertising

External assets, linked documents, mail providers, and remote API endpoints are operated under their own terms. Their availability and behavior are outside the local tool's control. You are responsible for permission to access a remote endpoint and for any usage charges or conditions it imposes.

No advertising tags are enabled in this release. If advertising is introduced, it must follow the disclosures and choices in the Privacy Policy. An advertisement would not constitute an endorsement or change the editor's payload-processing rule. Do not submit confidential data to an advertiser merely because its link appears near a technical guide.

Warranties & liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and educational material are provided as available, without promises that every output is correct, complete, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. You should independently verify results before changing production systems or relying on them for decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, JSONifyPro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on unverified output, third-party service failures, or disclosure caused by your distribution of data. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory rights or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

The guides are general technical education, not individualized legal, financial, compliance, or security certification advice. A document's presence on this site does not guarantee regulatory compliance or approval by an advertising platform.

Support, changes & disputes

Contact support@jsonifypro.com for support or questions about these terms. Our published first-response commitment is Within 24 business hours; it is not a guarantee of resolution within that period and does not replace applicable legal response deadlines.

We may update features and these terms. Material changes should be communicated through the site with an updated effective date, and any consent required by law must be obtained. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights.

Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the rules that apply to the parties and transaction, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not establish a separate arbitration agreement. Please contact support first to seek a practical resolution where appropriate; doing so does not waive your statutory remedies.
